I’m Bree Naomee, founder of The Alma Movement, and for over 15 years I’ve devoted my life to guiding others on the path of holistic health and embodied transformation. My work is a fusion of Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, the wisdom of the Five Elements, Gene Keys, and integrative health practices — woven together with Taoist philosophy and a deep respect for the natural rhythms of life.
What lights me up is creating spaces where people feel safe to explore, release, and reconnect with their true nature. Whether through retreats, workshops, or trainings, I’ve had the honour of holding space for groups across the world, from Australia to Peru, Bali to Costa Rica. I’ve seen how, when we slow down and tune into the body’s wisdom, profound healing and clarity naturally arise.
In this LIVE 12-week training, I’ll be walking beside you, sharing both ancient practices and modern insights that support deep self-awareness, empowerment, and alignment. Together we’ll journey through the Five Elements, exploring how they can restore balance in body, mind, and spirit, and unlock the vitality and inner power that already lives within you.
